Mateo Papic

president of NGO

Master’s degree in Mining Engineering and four years of Erasmus+ experience. Participated in seven Erasmus+ Training Courses, most of them about leadership and entrepreneurship.

Fluent English speaker and beginner in Hungarian language. Outside Erasmus he’s working as International Tennis Referee, employed by International Tennis Federation (London, UK).

Leo Bartolec

Master’s degree in Tourism, five years of Erasmus+ experience. Participated in six Erasmus+ Training Courses about improvisation and entrepreneurship.

Fluent English speaker with the knowledge of Polish, Slovene and Greek language. He’s project coordinator and contact person for our exchanges, trainings and seminars.

Karlo Grdić


Born in Zagreb in 1995. where he graduated from Electrotechnical high-school. He has been working on Croatian coast as a media technician organizing festivals with main focus on open-air cinema.

For a short time he was writing for Croatian IT and computer magazine Bug. Later he has decided that computers aren't what he really wanted to deal with, therefore put all his focus on learning new things, meeting wonderful people and visiting new places.

Sandra Stilinović


Student on Department of teacher education studies, started doing Erasmus+ in high school. Participated in fourteen different Erasmus+ projects, mostly about human rights, ecology and leadership.

Fluent in English with basic knowledge of Italian language. Free time enjoying with a cup of tea and a good book.

Nikolina Gegić

About to obtain bachelor’s degree in Tourism with one year of Erasmus+ experience. Participated in three Erasmus+ Training Courses about inclusion, soft skills in youth workers and conscious internet use.

Fluent English speaker with sufficient knowledge of German and Spanish. Alongside Erasmus+, she has three years of experience in marketing and project management with big passion for digital marketing.
